California Continuing Education Compliance
15-Hour Per Day Continuing Education Limit
In accordance with the requirements of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE), students may not receive credit for more than 15 hours of Continuing Education (CE) within any 24-hour period.
To comply with DRE regulations:
You may complete up to 15 hours per day.
Once 15 hours have been reached, the system will temporarily pause additional course access.
Access to remaining coursework will automatically resume after the 24-hour period has passed.
Certificates of Completion will only be issued after all timing and course requirements have been met.
This rule applies to all California real estate licensees completing CE for renewal. Our system tracks participation time to ensure full compliance with DRE guidelines and to protect the validity of your course credit.

Enrollment Policy
Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is open to individuals holding a valid California real estate license or otherwise eligible for DRE continuing education.
Enrollment is completed upon registration and payment through the school’s platform.
Students are granted access to course materials immediately upon enrollment unless otherwise specified.
Students are responsible for ensuring the course applies to their license renewal requirements.
Attendance & Participation
Attendance & Participation
All instructional units must be completed to earn continuing education credit.
Course progression is monitored electronically through the LMS.
Time-in-course tracking mechanisms ensure students spend a reasonable amount of time consistent with the assigned 45 instructional hours, as required by the DRE.
Students may complete a maximum of 15 credit hours within a 24-hour period in compliance with California Department of Real Estate regulations.

Examinations
Courses include final examinations and/or module-based exams.
Minimum passing score for all exams is 70%.
Time allowed for final exams will be 1 minute per questions as specified per Commissioners Regulation 3007.3
Students are allowed two (2) attempts per exam.
Students who fail to achieve a passing score after two attempts will not receive continuing education credit and must re-enroll to complete the course.

Completion Requirements
Completion Requirements
To successfully complete the continuing education program and receive DRE credit, students must:
Complete all required instructional content totaling 45 hours
Pass all exams with a score of 70% or higher
Pass all required examinations within the two-attempt limit
Complete the course within the permitted access timeframe.
The course will be available from the day of sign for 60 days to be completed.
Incomplete courses or failure to meet assessment standards will result in no credit being issued.
