Fair Housing
(3 Hours)

Fair Housing reviews federal and state laws that prohibit discrimination in housing transactions. It covers protected classes, advertising standards, reasonable accommodations, and practices that ensure equal access to housing opportunities. 

Implicit Bias
(2 Hours)

 Implicit Bias helps real estate professionals recognize unconscious attitudes and assumptions that can influence client interactions and housing decisions. It focuses on identifying bias in daily practice, applying objective standards, and delivering consistent, fair service to all consumers.

Investment Property Analysis
(8 Hours)

Students will examine the financial, physical and market factors that influence an investment property's performance and learn how to evaluate potential opportunities using commonly accepted real estate investment analysis methods.

Risk Management
(3 Hours)

Risk Management focuses on identifying, preventing, and minimizing legal and financial exposure in real estate transactions. It covers disclosure practices, documentation standards, communication strategies, and transaction safeguards that help reduce disputes and liability.

Trust Fund Handling
(3 Hours)

Trust Fund Handling reviews the proper receipt, deposit, accounting, and disbursement of client funds in real estate transactions. It emphasizes legal requirements, record keeping standards, and common compliance pitfalls that can lead to serious disciplinary action.

Management and Supervision
(3 Hours)

Management and Supervision continuing education course approved by the California DRE focuses on a broker’s responsibility to oversee salespersons, transactions, advertising, and trust fund handling. It covers establishing office policies, monitoring compliance, and implementing systems that protect consumers and reduce liability. 

Consumer Protection
(10 Hours)

Consumer Protection focuses on laws and practices designed to safeguard buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions. It covers disclosure requirements, honest communication, regulatory compliance, and procedures that promote transparency and informed decision-making. This course helps California real estate professionals strengthen consumer trust while reducing legal risk and maintaining high professional standards.

California Continuing Education Compliance

15-Hour Per Day Continuing Education Limit

In accordance with the requirements of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE), students may not receive credit for more than 15 hours of Continuing Education (CE) within any 24-hour period.

To comply with DRE regulations:

You may complete up to 15 hours per day.
Once 15 hours have been reached, the system will temporarily pause additional course access.
Access to remaining coursework will automatically resume after the 24-hour period has passed. 
Certificates of Completion will only be issued after all timing and course requirements have been met.


This rule applies to all California real estate licensees completing CE for renewal. Our system tracks participation time to ensure full compliance with DRE guidelines and to protect the validity of your course credit.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is open to individuals holding a valid California real estate license or otherwise eligible for DRE continuing education.
Enrollment is completed upon registration and payment through the school’s platform.
Students are granted access to course materials immediately upon enrollment unless otherwise specified.
Students are responsible for ensuring the course applies to their license renewal requirements.

 Attendance & Participation
All instructional units must be completed to earn continuing education credit.
Course progression is monitored electronically through the LMS.
Time-in-course tracking mechanisms ensure students spend a reasonable amount of time consistent with the assigned 45 instructional hours, as required by the DRE.
Students may complete a maximum of 15 credit hours within a 24-hour period in compliance with California Department of Real Estate regulations.

Assessment & Grading Policy
Examinations
Courses include final examinations and/or module-based exams.
Minimum passing score for all exams is 70%.
Time allowed for final exams will be 1 minute per questions as specified per Commissioners Regulation 3007.3
Students are allowed two (2) attempts per exam.
Students who fail to achieve a passing score after two attempts will not receive continuing education credit and must re-enroll to complete the course.

To maintain the integrity and security of the examination process, all students are required to complete identity verification before access to the exam is granted. Once the required identification has been successfully submitted and verified, the examination will begin immediately. The exam timer will automatically start upon completion of the verification process, and the allotted examination time will run continuously until the exam is submitted or the time limit expires.

Completion Requirements
To successfully complete the continuing education program and receive DRE credit, students must:

Complete all required instructional content totaling 45 hours
Pass all exams with a score of 70% or higher
Pass all required examinations within the two-attempt limit
Complete the course within the permitted access timeframe.
The course will be available from the day of sign for 60 days to be completed.
Incomplete courses or failure to meet assessment standards will result in no credit being issued.
All sales are final there are no refunds.
 Certificate of Completion
Certificates of Completion are issued electronically upon successful completion of all requirements.
Certificates include:
Student’s full name (as it appears on the real estate license)
Course title(s)
Total continuing education hours (45)
Date of completion

Students are responsible for retaining certificates for DRE audit and license renewal verification.

 Academic Integrity, Exam Security & Identity Verification
Students must complete all coursework and assessments independently.
Identity verification measures may include:

Knowledge-based authentication
Randomized exam questions
Time controls and activity monitoring

Cheating, impersonation, sharing exam content, or falsifying completion records is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in:

Student Examination Instructions

Please read all examination instructions carefully before beginning. The examination is administered as part of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) continuing education requirements and is designed to verify your understanding of the course material.
By beginning the examination, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow the examination requirements and academic integrity standards established by the course provider.

1. Course Completion Requirement
Students must complete all required course instruction and learning activities before accessing the final examination. The examination is based on the instructional material provided within the course.
Students are responsible for reviewing the course materials before beginning the examination.
2. Identity Verification
Identity verification is required before the examination may begin. Students must complete the required identification verification process through the online course platform.
Once the required identity verification has been successfully submitted and the student is authorized to proceed, the examination will begin immediately.
Students should therefore ensure that they are prepared to take the examination before submitting their identity verification.
3. Examination Format
The examination consists of multiple-choice questions covering the subject matter presented in the course.
Students should:
Read each question carefully before selecting an answer.
Select the best answer based on the course material.
Complete the examination independently.
Submit the examination only after reviewing their answers, when permitted by the examination system.
Follow all time limits and instructions displayed by the online examination system.

4. Examination Integrity
The examination must be completed independently by the enrolled student. Students may not receive assistance from another person or use unauthorized materials or resources while completing the examination.
The following activities are prohibited during the examination:
Receiving assistance from another individual.
Allowing another person to complete or participate in the examination.
Using another person’s identity or examination credentials.
Sharing examination questions or answers with another person.
Using unauthorized reference materials, websites, answer keys, or other resources.
Recording, photographing, copying, reproducing, or distributing examination questions or content.
Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the examination security controls.
Attempting to manipulate the examination system or otherwise compromise the integrity of the examination.
Any suspected violation of examination procedures may be reviewed by the course provider and may result in appropriate action, including invalidation of the examination or requirement to re-enroll, as applicable.
5. Passing Requirement
Students must achieve the minimum passing score established for the course in order to successfully complete the examination.
If a student does not achieve a passing score, the examination retake procedures established by the course provider will apply.
Students should review the course provider’s published retake policy before beginning the examination.
6. Examination Attempts
Students are permitted the number of examination attempts established by the course provider and applicable California DRE requirements.
If a student fails the examination twice, the student may be required to re-enroll in the course before additional examination attempts are permitted, consistent with the provider’s policies and applicable DRE requirements.
7. Examination Time Limit
The examination is subject to the time limit established for the course. The online examination system will monitor the examination period and may automatically end the examination when the allotted time expires.Students should plan sufficient uninterrupted time to complete the examination before beginning.
8. Technical Problems
Students should verify that their internet connection, computer or mobile device, browser, and other required technology are functioning properly before beginning the examination.
9. Daily Course Completion Limitation
Students are subject to applicable California DRE limitations regarding the amount of continuing education instruction that may be completed within a 24-hour period.
The online course platform is designed to enforce the applicable daily instructional limitation. Students may not circumvent, reset, or otherwise attempt to bypass the system’s time or course-completion controls.
10. Student Certification
Before submitting the examination, students certify that:
They are the individual enrolled in the course.
They completed the required course instruction.
They completed the examination independently.
They did not receive unauthorized assistance.
They did not use unauthorized materials or resources.
They did not share, copy, record, reproduce, or distribute examination content.
All information submitted during the course and examination process is accurate and truthful.
Final Reminder
Do not begin the examination until you are fully prepared to complete it. Identity verification must be completed before the examination begins, and the examination will start immediately after the required verification process has been submitted and accepted by the system.
